- At the point of service (POS), you ask customers if they would like
to join your loyalty program - Interested customers
provide their mobile number or email address - You enter it into
your POS terminal using the small add-on software we provide, or
the customer enters it into a self-registration station we can provide
(for a small extra charge) at your checkout counter. -
If the customer registers with their mobile number they immediately
receive a text message welcoming them to the program and
requesting a reply with their email - Customers who reply
with their email address are sent an email message waiting for
them at home which allows them to complete registration online - If
they register via the preferred Facebook Connect option, this allows
your customers' activities in your reward program to be
spread through social media, causing your loyalty program to

Connect works - On subsequent visits, customers are
asked for their mobile number or email address, which you
enter into your POS terminal and this registers their visit -
After every visit, we provide customers a text or email message
updating them on their status in your program so they never
lose track of their progress - When customers earn their reward, we
provide an expiring coupon automatically via text or email which they
redeem via you entering the coupon number into your POS -
